As an Azure Training Lead, you will empower junior consultants from across the US, Canada, and Mexico, guiding them towards senior expertise and enabling them to achieve their dream roles within the industry. You will be central to building a dynamic training program in Atlanta, helping bridge diverse talent and drive world-class project delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver robust Azure training programs that transform junior engineers into cloud leaders. Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and personalized coaching to build an elite engineering bench. Oversee hands-on labs and project-based learning, turning theory into practice and strategic innovation. Serve as the technical authority for Azure, setting best-in-class standards for security, governance, and architecture. Continuously monitor and refine training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and future industry trends. Forge close collaborations with leadership and HR to maximize program impact at a global scale. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 7 years of specialized Azure expertise (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, security, governance, and cost optimization). Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, and scripting (PowerShell, CLI, Python preferred). Demonstrated success in designing and leading technical training or mentorship programs. Exceptional communication and instructional skills, able to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Administrator, or DevOps Engineer are highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. Prior involvement in large-scale Azure training labs.
