We’re hiring a Full-Stack Lead Generator who can step in and produce results from day one. This role requires proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale ad campaigns, building funnels, and generating booked calls for U.S.-based marketing agencies. If you don’t meet the requirements listed below, this won’t be the right fit. About Us We are a PR-powered publishing platform built exclusively to serve PR firms and agencies. Our mission is to give PR professionals a faster, more reliable way to get their clients featured in credible online publications. The platform combines direct publishing access across a large media network with automation tools that streamline article creation, compliance, and distribution. We exist to help PR firms deliver consistent media placements, build client credibility, and scale their services without bottlenecks. What You’ll Do • Manage daily Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns. • Run weekly split tests on funnels, creatives, and ad copy. • Execute cold email campaigns at scale, including lead scraping with Apollo.io. • Drive engaged prospects into booked calls with our sales team. • Maintain a minimum of 3X ROAS on all paid campaigns within 30 days of launch. Requirements • Experience managing $50,000+ monthly ad spend across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads within the last 3 months. • Proven record of generating booked calls directly for sales teams (PR/marketing agency experience is a strong plus). • Strong understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey design (cold outreach → booked call → nurture → sales handoff). • Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, automations, appointment flows, nurture campaigns). • Success in both outbound lead generation (cold email, paid ads) and inbound lead generation (content, landing pages, retargeting). • Proficiency in data tracking and optimization (CPL, conversion rates, ROI, split-tests). • Excellent English and strong communication skills for reporting, messaging, and collaboration. • Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday–Friday. This Role Is Not for You If: • You’ve only managed small budgets (a few thousand per month). • You don’t have recent, U.S.-based marketing agency lead gen experience. • You lack hands-on GoHighLevel expertise. • Your English proficiency is limited. • You cannot commit to the required work schedule. • You expect to “learn on the job” for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or funnel building.
