We are Bloom Digitals, a digital services partner providing premium web, design, and marketing solutions to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are seeking a Front-End Developer specializing in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to support our experimentation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate has solid experience in developing and launching experiments that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes, with strong skills in front-end development and a thorough understanding of A/B testing tools. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across websites and digital platforms. 2. Implement test variations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 3. Perform QA to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. 4. Collaborate with UX researchers, strategists, and analysts to scope and estimate testing opportunities. 5. Translate hypotheses into technical test implementations. 6. Debug issues, optimize test performance, and ensure accurate tracking/reporting. 7. Document technical approaches and maintain reusable code snippets for testing. Requirements: + 5+ years of experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). + 5+ years of experience in A/B testing and web experimentation. + 3+ years of hands-on experience with the A/B Tasty platform and similar platforms (implementation, QA, reporting). + Hands-on experience with at least one major A/B testing platform (A/B Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize). + Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). + Understanding of web analytics, event tracking, and DOM manipulation. + Ability to debug and optimize test performance in production environments. + Good written and spoken English (B2+). Nice to have: + Familiarity with multiple testing platforms (A/B Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize). + Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. + Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices. + Strong communication skills to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders. Project Details: + Hours: Part-time, ~10 hrs/week. + Contract type: Freelance / Remote. + Duration: Initial 1–3 months, with potential for extension. + Level: Intermediate to Expert.
