Fleet / Small Business Credit Supervisor Fleet / Small Business Credit Supervisor Summary: This position is responsible for managing operations across Fleet Credit, Fleet Workout, Small Business Credit, and Small Business Funding, ensuring the integrity of the credit underwriting process, the effectiveness of fleet collections, and the accuracy of funding activities. It fosters a high-performance team culture by proactively monitoring task completion, promoting accountability, and driving results. The role ensures teams consistently meet deadlines, fulfill service level agreements, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and comply with company policies. Core responsibilities include delivering training, providing performance feedback, and supporting talent acquisition. Additionally, the position maintains active communication with stakeholders in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to gather insights and continuously enhance operational processes Key Tasks: Coordinate and assign daily team activities, ensuring efficient task distribution and alignment with market requirements. Monitor team performance and work quality to guarantee timely and accurate execution of key processes, including financial statement analysis, assessment of customer creditworthiness in fleet and small business segments, precise validation of funding documentation, and successful collections for fleet accounts. Oversee and verify credit department deliverables prior to submission, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established standards. Provide continuous follow-up on team activities to ensure task completion and maintain quality standards. Collect and analyze data to develop management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct gap analyses to recognize inefficiencies in workflows and credit operations. Design and implement process optimization initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices. Deliver continuous performance feedback to team members to enhance operational outcomes and achieve target service levels. Collaborate closely with market counterparts to resolve daily operational challenges and ensure seamless workflow execution. Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to review KPI´s performance, assess evolving market needs, and ensure optimal functionality across all operational areas. Identify areas for improvement and deliver ongoing training to credit analysts, focusing on skills and knowledge that enhance their performance and support their professional development. Maintain and organize reports, data, and documentation related to various processes across all areas. Remain compliant with Corporate and Local credit policies and procedures. Qualifications: Education •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Preferred previous experience in corporate credit analysis or a related field. Ability to assess financial statements, credit reports, and risk factors. Ability to create and analyze reports Highly proficiency in the English language Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Soft Skills: Team Leadership Experience. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Strong ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks efficiently Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard Excellent communication and conflict management skills Excellent negotiation skills with experience in dealing with high-value stakeholders Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
