- The Qualtrics Finance Team is looking for a Finance Specialist who combines financial know-how with a customer-first mindset to improve sales and renewals processes. You’ll ensure accurate financials and forecasting while working closely with finance, sales, and customer success teams. If you like solving problems, streamlining work, and making a real impact, this role is for you.

- Develop deeper SaaS finance expertise, particularly in sales and renewals
- Gain experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Build advanced skills in financial forecasting and quota management
- Enhance process improvement and operational efficiency capabilities
- Strengthen communication skills for diverse audiences, including non-financial stakeholders
- Things You’ll Do
- Ensure accuracy of sales and renewal transactions to support company financials
- Partner with finance, sales, and customer success teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage and respond to high volumes of stakeholder requests within SLAs
- Drive improvements in billing and forecasting processes to increase efficiency
- Support monthly accounting close deadlines with timely and accurate data
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-obsessed service approach
- What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 1+ years of professional experience in finance or customer-facing support roles
- Proven ability to handle detailed financial data accurately
- Experience collaborating across teams to solve complex problems
- Familiarity with SaaS sales processes or financial forecasting preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
