• The Financial Controller is responsible for leading and overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include preparing periodic financial reports, maintaining a robust system of accounting records, analyzing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing controls and budgets to mitigate financial risks.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
• Master’s degree in financial or administrative areas is desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in managerial positions within accounting, controllership, or finance.
• Extensive knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Proven experience implementing internal controls and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.
• Advanced English level (90% required).
