We are hiring a highly detail-oriented and reliable Executive Job Applications Assistant to support a senior Operations Leader (Amazon Operations Manager VI, MBA, 6+ years leading 300+ associates) in landing her next remote or hybrid position. Your job is simple: 👉 Apply to high-quality roles on her behalf every day 👉 Rewrite her resume & cover letters to match each role 👉 Track and organize all applications 👉 Ensure she gets interviews at the right companies The ideal candidate is part HR Assistant, part Recruiting Coordinator, part Executive Assistant, and part Project Manager.
