Ensure the introduction of new products and processes, identify and execute cost-reduction projects through the implementation of improvements in the manufacturing of existing product lines, such as waste reduction, scrap reduction, or PPH increase. Reduce process variability and implement Poka-Yoke devices. Implement process standards based on Core Tools to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Role Responsibilities Develop and prepare documentation for the various requirements within the stages of the manufacturing process. Support pilot runs/PPAP and ensure the first production run. Collect information to define strategies and prioritize improvement projects. Develop recipes for different products and processes (based on APD, CQP, Kaizen). Focus on resource optimization. Manage individual Gantt charts to ensure projects are effective in terms of deadlines and costs. Train (new or retraining) operating personnel on critical processes. Support different initiatives and uphold the environmental, safety, and quality policies established by the organization. Participate in environmental management system audits. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. Interpretation of standards and requirements, process recipe adjustments, knowledge of APD and CQP processes, knowledge and interpretation of process methodologies (Core Tools). Knowledge of controls and automation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Upper-intermediate to advanced English required. Preferred Qualifications Interpretation of drawings, geometric tolerances, visual aids, and traveler sheets. Interpretation of drawings, experience with Easy Label software, knowledge of process stations (machines) for setup support, time studies, and motion studies. Execution of CAPEX projects, compliance with project cost-reduction budgets. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
