• Our client is looking for someone skilled and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in e-commerce, enjoys client-facing responsibilities, and can take ownership of end-to-end email campaign execution. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns in Klaviyo, and collaborating with internal creative teams to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies tailored for e-commerce brands.
• Lead client-facing interactions, including providing updates and conducting strategy calls.
• Set up, launch, and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring proper segmentation and automation.
• Generate creative campaign ideas aligned with client goals and seasonal opportunities.
• Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to execute campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in email marketing within the e-commerce space at least 2 years.
• Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client calls and updates.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute campaign concepts.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside creative teams.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and optimize performance.
