We’re looking for a part-time, long-term Elixir developer who’s genuinely passionate about functional programming and comfortable working fully remote. Ideally you graduated university before 2020, communicate clearly and frequent enough, work ethically, and enjoy building clean, maintainable systems. You should know your way around Phoenix, OTP (GenServers, supervision trees), and Postgres. Bonus points if you’ve touched Ash Framework and have decent DevOps instincts (Docker, K8s ). We’re a small, async-friendly team that values autonomy, respect, and zero micromanagement.
