Desarrollar nuevas estrategias con diferentes proveedores FCL & LCL con el objetivo de incrementar nuestro volumen de carga, mejorar y mantener relaciones con los agentes de nuestra red, analizar y anticipar el comportamiento del mercado global de tarifas, así como soporte comercial para el cierre de nuevos negocios What will your functions be? Desarrollar nuevas estrategias con diferentes proveedores FCL & LCL con el objetivo de incrementar nuestro volumen de carga, mejorar y mantener relaciones con los agentes de nuestra red, analizar y anticipar el comportamiento del mercado global de tarifas, así como soporte comercial para el cierre de nuevos negocios Negociación, captura y registro de tarifas mensuales / semanales en sistema tarifario (TIBA Suite y TIBA Solutions) brindadas por nuestras oficinas y/o navieras con la finalidad de que el departamento comercial cuente con ella de primera mano. Generar reporte de oportunidades cotizadas, ganadas y perdidas para proveer información para obtener el GM, teus, bookings del producto marítimo mensualmente. Brindar soporte con las tarifas y aclaración de contratos a operaciones y comerciales para que los cierres de embarques fluyan de la mejor forma. Realizar negociación, actualización y mantenimiento de condiciones especiales en origen y destino con proveedores FCL & LCL. Analizar mercado de tarifas, realizando cuadros comparativos de precios (cargos en origen y destino), tanto negociadas localmente y con agentes para que los comerciales presenten propuestas competitivas a los clientes. Realizar actualización de directorio de proveedores (navieras y NVOCC) con un sistema de escalación tanto comercial como operativo para que en caso de cualquier incidencia contemos con el soporte del área correspondiente del proveedor. Realizar identificación de clientes con carga regular para negociación de tarifas con base al volumen de carga regular (TEUS mensuales) a fin de obtener basket rate o tarifas NAC.
