Customer Interaction: • Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about drain cleaning services. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions. • Schedule appointments for drain cleaning services based on client preferences and technician availability. 2. Appointment Coordination: • Effectively manage the scheduling system to optimize technician routes and ensure timely service delivery. • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide relevant information about the service process. • Coordinate emergency service requests promptly and efficiently. 3. Documentation and Data Entry: • Accurately enter customer information into the database, ensuring all details are up-to-date. • Maintain organized records of service appointments, client interactions, and any other relevant information. 4. Communication Liaison: • Act as a liaison between clients and the drain cleaning team, relaying messages, updates, and any additional information. • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary details for each service appointment. 5. Billing and Invoicing: • Assist in the billing process by providing clients with relevant pricing information and ensuring accurate invoicing. • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing-related inquiries from clients. 6. Problem Resolution: • Address client concerns or complaints with professionalism and work towards finding satisfactory solutions. • Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience in a dispatcher or customer service role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented and organized. • House call Proficient is preferred Working Conditions: This position is typically office-based, requiring extended periods of time at a computer and on the phone.
