• Job Description
• We are seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize our warehouse management across seven multi-client sites totaling over 800,000 sq. ft. with a $30M P&L. Reporting directly to the Divisional President, this role will drive operational excellence and efficiency while supporting the company’s ambitious 10X warehouse growth strategy.
• The successful candidate will oversee all warehousing activities, ensure KPI achievement, embrace continuous improvement, and leverage technology (WMS) to maximize profitability.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee operations across seven multi-site, multi-client warehouses.
• Manage and optimize full P&L and assigned budgets.
• Implement and maximize Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Cadre).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimize utilization and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers and 30+ associates.
• Deliver performance reports to executive leadership.
• Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site warehousing operations.
• Proven track record implementing WMS.
• Experience scaling and optimizing warehouse operations.
• P&L and budget management expertise.
• Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to drive automation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced English.

Preferred

• Six Sigma certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
