Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures. Knowledge of PMP (Project Management Professional) best practices. Knowledge of Agile frameworks. Fluency in Spanish and English. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, e.g., Excel and Power Point. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and lead team meetings. Project management skills combined with knowledge of software delivery and testing methodologies and processes. Experience working within virtual teams in complex organizations. Ability to negotiate effectively. Openness to listen and balance ideas from the work team. Self-direction and proactivity, effective management of personal time. Ability to inspire change via strong engagement and communication. Communication and visualization skills to process insights into a business story. Experience in UX/UI design.
