Purpose: Digital Principal Engineer is responsible to translate business needs into strategies and executable action plans to deploy innovative Digital & Analytics Solutions across Biosense Webster to support Digital Transformation. It is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to support successful implementation of program phases to assure value-added solutions for the achievement of business objectives. This rol will also provide a clear structure for program prioritization and effective change management to drive adoption and value capture from digital initiatives. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline. Generally, requires 8-10 years’ work experience. Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred with working knowledge of project management processes & tools. Strong capabilities in agile frameworks. Scrum Master or product owner certification preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English. 3+ years in roles that build a tangible business impact through digitalization, analytics, and data science. Experience in digital and analytics strategies definition. Strong understanding of agile and lean software development principles and values with proven experience working in a multi-functional team. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, e.g., Excel and Power Point. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and lead team meetings. Ability to negotiate effectively. Openness to listen and balance ideas from the work team. Self-direction and proactivity, effective management of personal time.
