  • As we continue expanding into new healthcare verticals, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Querétaro.

  • About the Role
  • This role is focused on generating new leads and building pipeline through targeted demand generation campaigns. You will be hands-on executing marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows, while working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • This is an in-person role in Querétaro, with one home office day per week, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, execution-focused marketing environment and wants to see a direct impact on revenue.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2B marketing for U.S.-based companies who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, creative campaign-building, and data-driven optimization.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas
  • Plan, build, promote, and report on 1–2 webinars per month, from start to finish
  • Create and optimize emails, landing pages, and campaign assets to capture and nurture leads
  • Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
  • Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams
  • Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and alignment with sales teams
  • Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a U.S.-based B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, automation workflows, webinars, and ABM tactics.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • HubSpot (email, automation, reporting)
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Goldcast, or ON24
  • Project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
  • Additional Information

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with HubSpot (email automation, workflows, reporting).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with ABM or verticalized marketing strategies
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing, especially in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, On24, GoToWebinar, Goldcast).

This position is full time in Queretaro office with one day of Home Office per week. We are only considering candidates who

  • Are Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico, and
  • Currently reside in Querétaro or are willing to relocate.
