• About the role
• In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support our growth by developing analysis and reporting capabilities to power our finance, sales and support teams’ decision making process. This role will be responsible for transforming complex financial data into actionable insights, building scalable reports and dashboards, and partnering with finance and business leaders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. This position will report to our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• What you'll do
• Develop advanced Excel-based financial models, including Power Query, PivotTables, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for executive and operational reporting
• Create automated reporting workflows by integrating Excel and Power BI with financial systems
• Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable data models and visualizations
• Build and maintain standardized reporting templates and documentation
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Sales and business leaders to deliver actionable insights
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence roles
• Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling
• Power BI experience, including familiarity with DAX, data modeling, and report optimization
• Experience connecting BI tools to ERP (MS Business Central), CRM (Salesforce) and internal financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy controls
