- Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive D365 F&O Support Analyst to join our Shared Service Centre in Mexico. This role focuses on supporting finance operations, ensuring smooth execution of month-end and year-end close cycles, and providing ongoing functional and technical support for business users. Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of purchase and sales order processes is highly desirable, as this position bridges finance and operations.

- Key Responsibilities
- Finance Support: Provide first and second-line support for D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Intercompany).
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist finance teams during close cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Cutover & Hypercare: Support cutover planning, execution, and post-deployment stabilization during system changes or rollouts.
- Shared Service Centre Operations: Manage high-volume finance transactions, ensuring standardization and adherence to global processes.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve finance-related system issues, escalating when necessary.
- Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of finance processes, issues, and resolutions.
- User Training & Guidance: Deliver training and guidance to finance users on system functionality and best practices.
- Operational Link: Understand and support integration of purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory transactions into finance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance managers, controllers, auditors, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial postings.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Understand upstream/downstream impacts of process changes across departments.
- Change Management: Review and escalate process design changes, partnering with business leaders for improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency within the shared service centre.
- Qualifications
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting D365 F&O Finance modules, ideally within a shared service or multinational environment.
- 4–6 years of experience supporting D365 F&O with a strong finance focus.
- Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
- Understanding of purchase order and sales order flows and their impact on finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage finance users and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shared service centre environment.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
