We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to provide customer support for our ecommerce platform. The role involves handling customer inquiries and issues via email on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in customer service. You should simply paste the email of the customer to an AI tool and provide it to the customer. The work should be about 1 Hour a day.
