We are a fast-growing fintech company looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Loan Operations Specialist. In this role you will play a key role in helping our users navigate their financial journey. This role is a blend of customer support, loan underwriting, origination, and account follow-up, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience while maintaining responsible lending practices. You will engage directly with customers to process wage advance applications, verify eligibility, and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented support. Additionally, you will support repayment outreach and account resolution efforts when users fall behind, always balancing empathy with business objectives. Experience with Front email client or Airtable is a plus! This role is based on a PST (Pacific Standard Time) timezone schedule. You must be available to overlap with PST and EST working hours.
