Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Based in Latin America (PST Availability) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and proactive Client Success Representative to join our growing marketing agency. This role is essential to ensuring client satisfaction and supporting their online presence—specifically through the management of Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) and Yelp accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, oversee reputation management, track campaign progress, and work closely with the agency owner to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate has experience in a marketing agency environment, understands local SEO, and is comfortable working remotely in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Manage and optimize client Google Business Profile and Yelp accounts, including updates, photos, posts, and accurate business information. Monitor, respond to, and escalate online reviews in a timely and professional manner. Maintain internal trackers, client documentation, and SOPs (Google Sheets, docs, etc.). Collaborate with the agency owner and team to ensure smooth delivery of services. Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve client communication, reporting, and productivity. Perform various marketing and administrative tasks. Requirements for Success. Located in Latin America or Central America, with availability to work PST hours. Agency or marketing environment experience (client success, account management, or executive assistant preferred). Strong understanding of Google Business Profile, and Yelp. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities. Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset. Comfortable learning and adapting quickly to new digital tools and processes. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Client Success Representative, Account Manager, or Marketing Assistant preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, automation, email marketing). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
