We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role, primarily aligned with EST hours, with the exact schedule to be confirmed. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service via email, chat, or phone, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally while collaborating with the team to maintain excellent customer experience standards. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, with e-commerce experience considered a plus, and be familiar with helpdesk tools. A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, are essential. This is a full-time role, and applicants must be available to work an 8-hour shift in line with the team; part-time applications will not be considered. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $8–$10, based on experience, and the opportunity to work with a fast-growing e-commerce business in a supportive, collaborative remote team environment.
