  • Logistics company with operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, with active operations in Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Leader to coordinate and lead the Customer Service team within the logistics and transportation sector.

Position objective

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, KPI compliance, and effective communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the Customer Service team.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, account managers, and internal departments.
  • Ensure service standards are met, including transit times, on-time pickups, and deliveries.
  • Follow up on incidents and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of SOPs with the Quality team.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate team members.
  • Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of AS400 and McLeod (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CTPAT.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the logistics/transportation industry.
