MD at Home is a growing house call physician practice and we also supply DMEs to our patients. The Customer service is responsible for processing orders, prior authorizations and coordinating the logistics of products to ensure that all of our clients are able to receive the device they need timely. You must be able to use the following tools: * Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and data analysis * Scheduling and routing software * Electronic medical records * Automated client contact systems - Phone handling The job requires that you have High speed internet with a back up internet option (100MBPS MIN) Dual monitors A private and quiet work area to make and receive phone calls
