About Us: Stimara is a fast-growing consumer brand creating premium focus tools to aid in focus and relaxation. We’re scaling quickly on Meta and TikTok, and creative is the fuel behind our growth. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative-minded producer to help us manage the flow of UGC, influencer content, and ad creative from graphic designers / video editors from concept to launch. The Role: You’ll be the bridge between our founder & strategists (who set the big ideas and testing strategy), and our creators/editors (who bring those ideas to life). Your job is to: - Translate high-level concepts into clear creative briefs for UGC creators and editors. - Coordinate deliverables with influencers, creators, and video editors. - Provide first-pass feedback on content so only the best gets escalated for final approval. - Keep the creative pipeline organized (what’s being produced, what’s in review, what’s live). - Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and standards. - Maintain an asset library so our ads team has fresh, diverse creatives ready to test. What Success Looks Like: - Steady flow of new creative in line with higher level goals and expectations. - Clear, structured briefs that make creators excited and confident. - Organized Airtable/Trello/Drive that lets us see exactly what stage each asset is at. - You handle all the back-and-forth so the founder/strategist only steps in for final approval + high-level direction. Qualifications: - Strong creative eye for what works in short-form UGC ads (Meta/TikTok). - Experience writing creative briefs or managing content production. - Confident communicator - comfortable giving actionable feedback to creators/editors. - Highly organized and detail-oriented (project management experience a plus). - Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication (for video calls) - Familiarity with influencer marketing - Familiarity with D2C marketing Compensation: Part-Time: ~20 hrs/week. This has the potential to grow into a full time position over time. Fully remote, flexible hours with overlap to US time zones preferred.
