- 🎯 The Role
- As our CPFR - Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be the analytical engine behind our commercial operations. Your mission is to enable smarter, faster, and more accurate decision-making by transforming data into a strategic advantage.
- This role is CPFR-powered, BI-centered, and execution-minded. You will work directly with our Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams to bring clarity and direction to our sales operations, making insights actionable from day one. You will be the architect of our forecasting alignment and the creator of the BI tools that guide our path forward.
- 🎯 Your Mission
Enable smarter, faster and more accurate decision-making across all commercial ops by
- Owning forecasting and coverage logic
- Connecting execution data (sell-out, OSA, fill rate, forecast accuracy) into powerful dashboards
- Building automations and tools to eliminate operational blind spots
- Supporting WBRs, MBRs, and commercial cadences with real insights — not vanity metrics
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Forecasting (CPFR) & Planning
- Manage the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) process with our key clients (supermarkets, club stores, etc.), ensuring inventory optimization and in-store availability.
- Develop and maintain high-accuracy forecasting models, constantly analyzing performance (forecast accuracy, bias) to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Work continuously with the channel leader and demand planning team to achieve forecast precision aligned with the annual plan for each account.
Business Intelligence & Insight Generation
- Design, build, and automate high-impact dashboards and scorecards in Power BI that centralize critical business KPIs: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Fill Rate, OTIF, days of inventory, etc.
- Lead the post-mortem analysis of commercial promotions and campaigns, evaluating their ROI and generating actionable learnings for future strategies.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in each account through data analysis, generating corrective proposals to ensure goals are met.
Analytical Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the primary analytical partner to Key Account Managers (KAMs), equipping them with the data and intelligence needed for more strategic conversations with clients.
- Maintain close communication with the sales team to ensure billing targets and commercial indicators are aligned with the annual plan by category and client.
- Prepare and present clear analyses and conclusions in business review meetings, translating numerical complexity into direct, actionable messages for leadership.
- 🎓 Basic Requirements 📘 Academic
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Math, Actuarial or related field

- 💻 Tools & Technical
- Power BI, Power Query, DAX, advanced Excel
- Bonus: SQL, Python, Zapier, VBA
- Familiarity with ERP/Retail systems (SAP, Retail Link, DSPs, SAI)
- 💼 Experience
- 2–5 years as Business Analyst, Demand Planner, BI Analyst or Commercial Ops Analyst
- Experience in retail/CPG/FMCG is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CPFR-type logic, even if the title wasn’t CPFR
