▪️Overview We’re seeking an expert in web performance optimization to lead a full-site initiative focused on Core Web Vitals, mobile-first responsiveness, and conversion optimization. Our site is built on HubSpot and supports both our paid search campaigns and broader digital presence. The project spans the entire site, with a particular focus on: ∙ Resolving Core Web Vitals issues (LCP, CLS, INP, etc.). ∙ Fixing our clunky load experience where content shifts and “snaps back” on load. ▪️Scope of Work ∙ Audit & Fix: Diagnose Core Web Vitals issues across all site pages, benchmark performance, and implement fixes in HubSpot (CSS, scripts, media, caching). ∙ Smooth Loading: Resolve clunky load behavior to ensure fast, stable rendering across devices. ∙ Speed & Mobile Optimization: Achieve sub-3s load times where possible; ensure full mobile responsiveness. ∙ Conversion Support: Optimize for paid search best practices (higher Quality Scores, lower CPCs, better conversion rates). ∙ Framework: Deliver reusable templates and a checklist for ongoing optimization. ▪️Ideal Outcome ∙ All pages pass Core Web Vitals benchmarks. ∙ Faster, stable load experience on desktop and mobile. ∙ Improved ad performance (higher conversion rates, better ROI on paid spend). ∙ Scalable optimization framework for future builds. ▪️Requirements ∙ Proven HubSpot CMS optimization experience. ∙ Strong track record improving Core Web Vitals. ∙ Skilled with PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WebPageTest. ∙ Can independently deliver both technical and design fixes. ▪️Nice-to-Have ∙ CRO experience (A/B or multivariate testing) ∙ SEO optimization skills ∙ Experience working with lean startup/marketing teams
