Planear, organizar y mantener en operación los sistemas de información y el equipo de cómputo de las diferentes áreas administrativas, operativas y productivas de la empresa, asegurando la continuidad operacional de los servicios de comunicación, infraestructura tecnológica y seguridad, además de prestar apoyo a la gestión estratégica y operativa, coordinando recursos locales, regionales, globales y/o externos. Definir y administrar los niveles de servicio de IT, el seguimiento de incidentes, problemas, la configuración de hardware y software. Facilitar la operación y el uso de los servicios IT basado en los protocolos y políticas establecidas por el corporativo. Asegurar los controles de acceso y seguridad tanto en la infraestructura interna como la accedida externamente, basado en las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. Controlar y asegurar el inventario de Hardware y Software. Participar y soportar los procesos de auditoría tanto del área de infraestructura como las de negocio donde el área de IT requiera participar. Soportar los procesos de presupuesto del área. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? . Coordinar, implementar y mantener las tecnologías de comunicación de manera coordinada con los lineamientos de la corporación para la estabilidad y continuidad de la operación del negocio. 2. Aplicar estándares y políticas globales de seguridad en la administración de los servidores CORE, servidores locales, dispositivos de comunicación y dispositivos de seguridad, para cumplir con normas y estándares globales. 3. Gestionar y soportar las implementaciones relacionadas con middleware, networking y data center que cumplen con los estándares globales. 4. Conocimientos basicos de Mainframe, AS400, sistemas abiertos, cloud, etc. 5. Planificar junto con la Gerencia de Infraestructura, las inversiones que se realizarán en el transcurso del año tanto en Hardware como en Software para ser ejecutado acorde al cronograma previamente fijado mediante la documentación estándar de requerimiento de capital de inversión CIR. 6. Soportar y atender las auditorias globales, regionales y Locales, tanto externas como internas, realizando consultas, generación de pruebas, aprobaciones y validaciones de estas según los estándares del corporativo o las instancias locales que lo solicitan. 7. Participar en los proyectos del área de infraestructura, de acuerdo con el rol requerido en ese momento. 8. Coordinar los procesos de infraestructura con el administrador de nuestros servicios a nivel corporativo. 9. Ser el contacto técnico de primer nivel del área de infraestructura tanto para clientes internos como externos del área de IT. 10. Soportar los temas del service desk de acuerdo a las prioridades de los incidentes/request con los usuarios. What will you find here?
