We’re seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager to join our fast-paced agency team. This role is focused on organization, communication, and execution—not design. You’ll coordinate with our design team, manage project workflows, and ensure that content and campaigns are delivered smoothly across client accounts. Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, or similar). Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage calendars and schedule content across social media, email, and blog platforms. Content Curation: Generate and organize content ideas, ensuring alignment with client brand strategies. Client Engagement Support: Post and interact on social platforms on behalf of clients to maintain brand voice and engagement. Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure campaigns run on time and on brand. Event Marketing: Manage content and logistics for event platforms (Eventbrite, Luma, etc.), ensuring smooth promotion and attendee experience. Reporting & Optimization: Track performance of campaigns, flag issues, and suggest improvements for efficiency. Knowledge Management: Keep SOPs, templates, and fulfillment processes updated. Ideal Candidate 2+ years in a marketing coordination, project management, or account support role (agency experience preferred). Experienced with content scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Later, Buffer, or similar). Familiar with project management apps (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.). Comfortable managing social media posting and engagement on behalf of clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication—proactive, professional, and detail-oriented. Familiarity with wellness/health-related industries and event platforms (Eventbrite, Luma) is a plus. Comfortable collaborating with a remote team. Position Type Freelance contractor to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the agency scales.
