Hi we are looking for someone who can help us onboard, engage and support chinese speaking users to the app we created. Would like to have someone who's familiar with technology, experienced with working with multi-lingual customers and can engage with a community of users to address questions and provide support. An ideal candidate is someone who’s - willing to help us improve process and gather users feedback - responsive and communicative with tasks and schedule arrangement - comfortable with making daily reports - can facilitate both Chinese and English audience - are organized and take initiative. - reliable and accountable to the team Here are some high-level tasks: - is able to engage with community of users through online topics - is able to help improve users profiles - support of inquiries - outreach/follow-up activities - manage social media using scheduling tools / post weekly blogs and other content management via AI tools Know how to support customer and use WeChat is important. Our hours are flexible but prefer the candidate can cover majority of the US hours. Morning and night time. We will need about 10 - 20 hours a week if not more.
