We're a fast-growing agency creating high-converting websites and marketing systems for businesses across multiple industries. We're looking for a strategic brand designer to join our core team and help create knockout custom designs that can be templatized across niches. What You'll Be Doing: • Collaborating directly with founder and web developer to create custom website designs • Designing template systems that can be adapted across different industries • Creating cohesive brand experiences from web to print materials • Developing design standards and style guides for template reuse • Working on high-value client projects • Building design assets that scale across multiple client niches We're Looking For: • Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills (essential) • Web design experience and understanding of user experience • Portfolio showing both digital and print design work • Ability to create systematic, template-ready designs • Experience designing for multiple industries/niches • Eye for brand consistency and scalable design systems • Canva experience for template creation and handoff • Strong collaboration skills for working with developers • Good English communication for team collaboration What We Offer: • Pay based on experience and portfolio quality • 20-30 hours per week initially (room to grow) • Direct collaboration with agency founders on strategy • Work on high-value client projects with creative freedom • Build design systems that impact multiple businesses • Performance-based growth opportunities available • Long-term partnership potential as we scale To Apply: - Share your portfolio showing both web and print design work - Show us an example of template/system thinking in your designs - How do you approach creating designs for different industries? - Are you available for a 30-minute video interview this week?
