Global Payments Technology is looking for a Boarding Specialist to join the Operations Team to support merchants boarding and enhancements to the customer. ● Receive applications from the commercial team to analyze and approve or reject the application. ● Review the information provided by the RM in the application form and analyze if the information provided is complete, accurate and consistent with the support documentation provided. ● Analyze if the provided documentation is complete and consistent with the merchant application form. ● Use the tools provided and available to inform if the application form is approved or rejected providing information on the reason for the case of rejects. ● Interact with other team members of the process chain to ensure each case is treated as seamless as possible. ● Comply with the SLAs of each stage of the process. ● Do the quality checks of the process and report accordingly to what the manager requests.
