We are a growing tech staffing company that provides senior bilingual software engineers from LATAM (React, Java, Angular, Python) to fintech companies in the U.S.. We are looking for a driven bilingual Sales Representative (English–Spanish) with experience in B2B SaaS / IT services sales. This is a commission-based role with a small hourly base to get started. If you are a strong networker and closer, this is a unique opportunity to earn high commissions with long-term clients. 🎯 Responsibilities * Generate leads and identify prospects (small/medium fintech companies in the U.S.). * Craft outreach messages (LinkedIn, email, calls). * Book calls and present our staff augmentation solution to decision-makers. * Close contracts Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals. ✅ Requirements * Bilingual (English–Spanish) – must be comfortable selling in English to U.S. clients. * Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or staffing. * Familiarity with fintech or startup environment is a plus. * Strong networking, outbound, and closing skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset (comfortable with commission-based earnings). 💵 Compensation * Hourly base: $15–$25/hr (10–15 hours per week to start). * Commission: 10–15% of monthly contract value for each client closed. Example: Average client contract = $7,500/month. Commission = $750/month per client (recurring as long as the contract is active).
