We are looking for a skilled B2B Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to manage the entire lead generation process: Research U.S. companies actively hiring for Customer Experience / Customer Success roles. Build and validate prospect lists (VPs, Directors, Founders). Use tools such as LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo, Instantly (or similar). Manage outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn). Track performance and provide weekly reports. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B lead generation for U.S. markets. Strong knowledge of prospecting and email automation tools. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Excellent communication skills in English. This is a long-term opportunity – we want someone who can own the process end-to-end and grow with us.
