- This position focuses on the commercialization of a digital platform developed by a hotel group based in Monterrey, which allows clients to purchase hotel nights and travel experiences at an international level. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the platform’s market reach and building strong relationships with clients and partners across the tourism industry.
- Position Overview
- We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop the Direct Sales team with a strategic approach to client acquisition and prospect generation. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of sales goals, implement innovative strategies to attract and convert clients, and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the direct sales team.
- Develop commercial and negotiation strategies.
- Design and implement sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage client acquisition and prospect conversion.
- Identify new sales channels and business opportunities.
- Requirements
- Education: Postgraduate degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales or Commercial Manager in the tourism or service industry.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (100%).
- Proven track record in generating and managing clients.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Language: Advanced English.
Other requirements
- Availability to travel.
- Own vehicle (no fuel support provided at the moment).
- Availability to work on weekends when required.

- Monthly Salary: $50,000 MXN gross + 10% commission on sales.
