We’re hiring an experienced cold caller (20 hours per week) to book qualified, show-up appointments with small-business owners (think home services like HVAC, plumbing, etc.). You’ll use a short script, confirm a few basics, and drop the meeting on the calendar. This is a results-driven role with additional commission paid for each appointment that is kept. What you’ll do • Call business owners from provided lists using our dialer (no manual dialing). • Follow a concise script; personalize, qualify, and set a 10-minute demo. • Confirm name, email, mobile, and time zone; send calendar invite; log clean notes. • Handle simple objections and keep momentum to a booked time. • Respect DNC/opt-outs and basic TCPA best practices. What we provide • Script, talk tracks, objection flashes. • Lead lists + dialer + calendar. • Training and QA feedback loops. • Clear KPIs and daily support. You are • A confident English speaker with clear, friendly delivery. • Steady on the phone: you control the call, stay brief, and ask for the meeting. • Organized: you take clean notes and verify contact details. • Available during North American business hours (some flexibility). • Comfortable being recorded for quality and coaching. Targets (typical) • 80–120 dials/day, consistent talk time. • 2–4 qualified demos/day once ramped. • Show-up rate matters—commission is tied to kept appointments. Compensation • Competitive pay structure with additional commission for each appointment that is kept (booked by you and shown). • Weekly payouts via Upwork. • Performance bonuses possible after ramp. (Exact structure discussed during interview.) Nice to have (not required) • Prior B2B calling to local service businesses. • Experience with high-velocity booking (dialer + calendar). • Familiarity with simple AI/automation offers.
