We are looking for an experienced 3D rendering artist to create high-end interior renderings for an 8-unit residential development in Guanajuato, Mexico. Each unit has a unique layout, and we need photorealistic renderings for use in our sales package targeting clients in the U.S., Korea, China, and Japan. This is a fixed-price project divided into milestones per unit (4 renderings per unit). We prefer talent located in Mexico for language, cultural, and communication alignment. Our architect, Clark, will collaborate directly with you to provide: • Floor plans for each unit • Material and finish selections • Lighting direction • Furniture and style references • Review + feedback at each milestone We are looking for a rendering partner who is: • Comfortable working from architectural plans • Able to produce photorealistic, modern, clean renderings • Open to collaboration and revision based on design direction • Experienced with interior spaces, natural lighting, and premium staging • Highly reliable with deadlines and communication Scope (per unit) • 4 interior renderings minimum: 1. Living/Kitchen hero shot 2. Bedroom 3. Bathroom 4. Workspace or secondary angle • Each unit will have its own milestone and payment. • Total project scope: 8 unique units / ~32 renderings Please include your portfolio, especially interior renderings. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered. Este es un proyecto a precio fijo, dividido en hitos por unidad (4 renders por unidad). Preferimos talento ubicado en México por temas de idioma, comunicación y estilo arquitectónico. Nuestro arquitecto, Clark, trabajará directamente contigo para proporcionar: • Planos de cada unidad • Selección de acabados y materiales • Dirección de iluminación • Referencias de mobiliario y estilo • Revisión y retroalimentación en cada hito Buscamos un colaborador que: • Pueda trabajar a partir de planos arquitectónicos • Logre renders fotorrealistas, modernos y limpios • Sea receptivo a la retroalimentación y revisiones • Tenga experiencia en interiores, iluminación natural y ambientación premium • Sea responsable, puntual y excelente comunicador Alcance (por unidad) • Mínimo 4 renderizados interiores: 1.
