Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Hiring Appointment Setters to join our sales agency team! Immediate hire - interview ASAP! The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential personal injury law firms through various social media channels and setting appointments with our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: 1. Directly messaging and responding to potential clients through social media channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to set appointments with our sales team. This involves calling, emailing, and direct messaging. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled at a time that is convenient for both the client and the sales representative 4. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure a positive experience with our agency 5. Attend required daily meetings Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on social media messaging 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Experience using CRM systems to manage client interactions 5. Familiarity with social media strategies and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our evaluation and tests to detect concussion and brain injury in individuals involved in auto accidents to potential law firms. 6.
