We are looking for a professional Instagram Appointment Setter to support our credit repair business by managing direct messages, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. What You Will Do Respond to incoming Instagram direct messages using pre-written scripts Qualify prospects by asking the correct questions and identifying readiness Schedule qualified leads using Calendly or our CRM (GoHighLevel) Properly tag and organize leads inside the system Provide a daily summary report of conversations and booked appointments Clear Expectations & Deliverables Timely and professional responses to all assigned messages Accurate lead qualification (no guessing or overpromising) Correctly scheduled appointments with complete client information Organized CRM records at all times Consistent daily reporting Skills Required Experience with appointment setting, sales messaging, or customer support Strong written Spanish communication skills (English is a plus) Familiarity with Calendly and CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred) High attention to detail and ability to follow processes exactly How We Work We provide scripts, training, and clear procedures Communication is direct, respectful, and structured Feedback is given weekly to help you improve and grow We value consistency, reliability, and professionalism Availability & Compensation Ongoing weekly work Fixed pay of $125 USD per week Opportunity for increased responsibility and pay based on performance
