Appointment Setter (Remote – Full Time) We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing, mission-driven team. Our business helps people break free from chronic symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, food and chemical sensitivities using a Christ-centered brain rewiring approach. The people you’ll be calling have already shown interest in our work — they just haven’t taken the next step yet. This role is for someone who is consistent, proactive, confident on the phone, and excellent at communication. Daily Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound dials per day Aim for at least 3 qualified sets per day Call: Leads who applied to work with us but didn’t book a call Leads who watched our workshops but didn’t book Leads who opted into our funnel but went quiet Follow a proven script (no freelancing) Build quick rapport, ask clear questions, and guide leads to book calls Communicate clearly and consistently with the team in Slack Track activity and outcomes accurately Schedule Full-time: ~8 hours per day Eastern Time hours Typical shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (flexible within reason) Requirements (Please Read Carefully) MUST have strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Highly motivated and self-directed Confident, clear, and warm on the phone Able to follow a script exactly Proactive problem-solver (doesn’t wait to be told what to do) Reliable internet and quiet calling environment Comfortable using Slack and basic CRM systems Who This Role Is NOT For People who dislike phone work People who struggle with consistency or daily call volume People who need constant supervision People who are uncomfortable with sales conversations Why This Role Matters You are often the first real human connection someone has with our company.
