Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and their application in PowerBuilder-based solutions. Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including normalization, indexing, and query optimization. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that adheres to industry and team standards. Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and practices, such as Agile, CI/CD, and test-driven development. High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
