Amazon PPC Manager (Footwear & Handmade Brand, FBA USA) We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and scale our Sponsored Ads campaigns in Amazon Seller Central. Our brand sells handmade leather footwear (huaraches and sandals, “México en la Piel”), currently selling in Amazon USA through FBA. We already have active manual and exact campaigns and need to optimize and scale them profitably. Responsibilities: Audit current campaigns and propose immediate improvements. Create, optimize, and scale manual and exact match campaigns (SP, SB if applicable). Add negative keywords to reduce wasted spend. Identify and double down on high-ROAS keywords. Provide weekly performance reports (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversions). Align PPC strategy with inventory and pricing strategy. Requirements: Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts with at least $5,000 USD monthly ad spend. Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword segmentation, and optimization. Ability to work with Amazon reports and analytics. Preferably experience in footwear, fashion, or handmade categories. Fluent communication in English (basic to intermediate is fine). Availability for regular updates (Zoom/Slack/Upwork chat). What we offer: Long-term project (6+ months). Current advertising budget: ~$6,000 USD/month on Amazon Ads. Hourly pay: $20–$35 USD depending on experience. Remote work with flexible schedule.
