About Us: We’ve built complex Airtable hubs to run our operations and now need an experienced professional to help us optimize, integrate, and expand them. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires deep technical and process-oriented thinking. You’ll work directly with our team to understand workflows, implement improvements, and ensure the system is running smoothly every day. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Connect Airtable hubs with HubSpot (bi-directional syncing of contacts, deals, and activities). • Build automations, audits, alerts, and cleanup processes to keep data accurate and actionable. • Integrate AI-driven workflows to streamline reporting and task management. • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Airtable bases for speed, clarity, and usability. • Work alongside our team daily to understand real workflows and implement ongoing improvements. • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for what you build. And more ⸻ Requirements: • Expert-level Airtable experience (databases, automations, advanced formulas, interfaces). • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Slack and API integrations. • Proven ability to design scalable workflows and process improvements. • Comfortable implementing AI/automation tools into Airtable + HubSpot environments. • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. • Independent freelancer only – agencies will not be considered. • Must be available full-time (10 AM – 7 PM EST) for the next few weeks. • Able to start immediately. ⸻ Nice to Have: • Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make for automation. • Prior work setting up operational dashboards or “mission control” systems. • Understanding of business processes in operations, sales, and reporting. ⸻ What We Offer: • Full-time engagement for the next few weeks with potential to extend. • The opportunity to work closely with leadership on high-impact systems. • A collaborative, fast-moving environment where your work directly improves efficiency. ⸻ To Apply: Please include: 1.
