This is not illustration. This is not stylized AI art. This is precision realism. You don’t just generate images — you engineer visuals. You understand light, texture, anatomy, motion, tension, sweat, muscle engagement, and physical accuracy. You know when something looks wrong — even if others can’t explain why. This role is entirely focused on AI-generated visuals for fitness, training, and gym environments, where body mechanics matter and credibility is everything. WHAT YOU’LL DO + Develop hyper-realistic, AI-generated visuals for fitness, training, and gym-based brands + Create imagery that matches or exceeds high-end commercial photography standards + Translate abstract concepts into physically accurate, anatomically correct visuals + Define and maintain a consistent visual language across campaigns and brand systems + Generate detail-rich assets (muscle tension, posture, grip, form, sweat, lighting, environment) + Iterate rapidly while preserving realism, coherence, and believability + Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and clients to ensure visuals align with narrative and goals + Push the limits of AI image realism using cutting-edge tools and custom workflows + Own the outcome — from concept through final approved asset WHO YOU ARE + AI-native — this is already how you create, not something you’re learning + Expert-level with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, custom pipelines, etc.) + Obsessed with hyper-realism, detail, and physical accuracy + Deep understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and body movement + You know how muscles activate, how joints align, how weight shifts, and how effort shows + You immediately spot unrealistic posture, bad form, or incorrect movement patterns + Strong visual taste — you know when something looks premium vs. artificial + Strategic thinker — you understand how visuals drive perception, trust, and performance + Comfortable owning creative decisions and setting the bar + Speak English.
