We’re looking for an AI specialist to help us integrate ChatGPT Enterprise and automation tools into our growing business. You’ll work directly with the CEO to design, set up, and optimize AI-driven systems for Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. This is a high-priority project — we need someone who can start immediately, work full-time (plus hours), and move fast to get systems live. Key Tasks: • ChatGPT Enterprise Setup: • Configure by department with privacy controls (Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.). • Build a centralized AI data hub for team questions and support. • Integrate AI with Slack, HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Suite. • Meeting Automation: • Auto-generate agendas from pre-meeting questionnaires. • Turn meeting transcripts (via Google Gemini) into Airtable tasks. • AI follows up with team members to ensure task completion. • Sales & Marketing Bots: • Create post-call follow-up emails and task lists automatically. • Audit CRM contacts/deals and generate personalized follow-ups. • Help source new leads and detect buying intent. • Operations & Finance: • AI Audit Center to scan Airtable for missing/inconsistent data. • Build AI scheduling assistant to handle client booking emails. • Automate QuickBooks → Airtable financial reporting. ⸻ Our Tech Stack: • Airtable – Operations, HR, task management • HubSpot – CRM for business development • QuickBooks – Finance • Slack – Communication • Google Suite + Gemini – Docs & meeting recording • ChatGPT Enterprise / OpenAI API – Core AI engine ⸻ Requirements: • Fluent in English – written and spoken. • Immediate availability – ready to start now. • Able to work full-time+ until the project is complete. • Strong background in AI automation and API integrations. • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Softr, etc.). • Proven history of delivering business automation solutions quickly. ⸻ To Apply: Send: 1.
