Position Summary

  • The Agency Account Coordinator is responsible for a variety of activities associated with maintaining and updating customer information within company systems, in accordance with company policy. The Agency Account Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing the workflow and organization for customer applications and contracts, including interacting with our customers, and ensuring all documentation is complete.

Essential Functions

  • Effective, friendly, and proactive communication with internal and external customers, including answering questions and providing timely updates.
  • Coordinate, manage, and organize all aspects of incoming agency requests for changes to customer profiles.
  • Evaluate contractual information and records received for accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Prepare all agency data and documents for qualification and approval/denial workflow.
  • Ensure all agency related documents are stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of agency changes or transactions, including entering them into multiple customer databases.
  • Manage multiple projects and prepare time sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or experience preferred.

Experience

  • Two years of experience in office administration, contract management, or customer account management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Passion for the customer experience combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently to manage and prioritize work assignments to meet competing deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources and identify or correct errors.
  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with using different computer system platforms or databases.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.

  • Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
