We are using the YOAST SEO plugin. #What we need To apply the best On-page SEO, speed optimization and Off-page SEO practices, methodologies, optimizations and techniques to our website to tremendously boost SEO rankings (in search engines AND LLMs (gemini, chatgpt, etc), and conversions (due to the speed). #(Phase 1) On-page SEO and Speed optimization For each of the previous pages you’ll need to apply every item on these guides: https://www.semrush.com/blog/on-page-seo-checklist/ (15-17 items). https://backlinko.com/on-page-seo (13-15 items). https://yoast.com/seo-audit/ (10-15 items). Sometimes in order to see the complete checklist you’ll need to download the SEO checklist template. These three guides overlap a lot of the items, so dismiss the ones that overlap each other. To create a SEO friendly XML sitemap and upload it to the Google search console to crawl all our optimized web pages. To optimize all our images with the best image compression plugin (without losing quality). To pass 95+ the score (for real and not editing the tool data) of YOAST SEO plugin for each of these pages. To have 95+ score in google speed test and mobile test. Important notes: You’ll need to use the recommended tools presented on these guides. (Plugins, external tools like CDNs, etc). The project is divided in 2 phases, for the first phase you’ll have 5 days, for the second phase you’ll have 10 days to fully complete all items. Some of the items laid out in these guides are in place on our website already (maybe 20-30% of them) .You'll need to do the rest of them. For each item of these guides, you’ll need to create a simple spreadsheet to document as evidence what you did to complete/achieve each of the items. If necessary you’ll need to include a screenshot or recorded video to explain the results achieved / the fully completed task. At the end of each phase (or during, due to having questions, feedback, opinions, etc) we’ll have a quick session to revise all these checked boxes and their evidence (links to the actual content/thing you’ve finished so far, or the screenshot or video to explain them) to validate they are all finished with the same scope/specs than these guides. If you need some information from us to complete any given task whatever it may be, you’ll have direct access to us to require any information you may need to complete them. If there are some items due to their nature they need to be an ongoing project or an additional project, (for example some specific items in the Content Checklist and the link building checklist) you will finish only what is considered as the foundations/basis of those items (and create some evidence you did as well as the other items) to prepare these items to be finished in another follow-up project whether it is a later ongoing project or a one-off project after we finish this project to its fullest. If you need an additional paid tool to achieve all of the items presented on these guides simply research the top 3 tools that do the same and present them to us to revise them to pick the best one and start using it.
