We are hiring a high-precision, detail-oriented Performance Analyst Assistant to support a Senior Paid Media Strategist across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta, and multi-channel analytics. Likely not much of an execution role (unless I build more clients). You will rarely press buttons inside platforms — instead, you will prepare analysis, insights, tracking documentation, reports, and optimization drafts that enable faster and better decision-making. You must excel at: • Breaking down numbers cleanly • Seeing patterns in performance • Producing polished reports • Preparing GTM/GA4 tracking plans • Running QA on data, leads, or tracking • Drafting recommendations based on data • Operating with very low error tolerance You must be comfortable learning quickly and following a structured workflow.
