We seek an A-player to join our team as a full-time Account Manager. In this role, you'll have access to world-class NO-CODE chatbot training, as we will train you from scratch. Extra points if you have experience building Manychat chatbots and you're familiar with tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Google Sheets. We're looking for someone just like YOU! We work with some of the leading eCommerce brands in the US, offering a 100% DFY service building Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM AI chatbots for them. We’ve been in Meta’s closed beta programs for Instagram DM automation (before it was released to the public in 2021) and beta testers for Meta’s DM lists on both Messenger and Instagram DM. Role description: As an Account Manager, you'll train to learn Manychat and learn directly from our top team members who are currently building Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM automation using our proven templates for 25 high-profile clients at a time. What you’ll be doing in your day-to-day: ✅ Install chat funnels using our proven templates and following our training videos ✅ Install mini-funnels using our templates and following our training videos ✅ Ideate comment-to-DM automation content strategy for our clients following our frameworks and SOPs ✅ Handle day-to-day communication with the Customer Success Manager you’ll be assigned to (the Customer Success Manager is the client-facing role, and handles all the strategy and client communication) ✅ Have access to world-class chatbot marketing knowledge and training (including our proprietary revenue tracking system) ✅ Be a part of a fast-growing, fun, and empowering team and culture where we encourage you to share new ideas and ways to constantly improve and perform at a higher level Requirements: - Familiar with automation tools (Ex, Manychat, Klaviyo, etc.). If you don’t have experience, you are technical and can pick up training. - Familiar with Make.com or Zapier - Familiar with Google Sheets (extra points if you've used advanced formulas) - Creative - you understand social media marketing, funnels and content - You are extremely detail-oriented. - You have good written and verbal communication skills. - You are technical and can pick up our technical training (for example make.com, integrations, etc) - You have high levels of autonomy, self-awareness, self-motivation, and self-organization. - You are someone who follows through with what you say. - Timezone: 10 am - 6 pm PST (all our clients are US/CA based) Salary: - Once you are fully trained, USD $3,000-$7,500+/month, depending on how many clients under management you have.
