These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Preferred skills Corporate treasury experience and interest in growing Treasury skillsets. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Strong computer skills including knowledge of computer financial applications, ERP packages, and Consolidation and Reporting Systems are preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Digital Tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and PowerBI. Entrepreneurial with a self-starting personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic environment. Ability to work both independently and as a team player. Able to mentor and develop treasury proficiency in others. Ability to organize and complete work related projects in a timely manner. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The desire and the ability to continuously process significant feedback from any source and to rapidly convert this learning into action.
